Our Story
Beycrafters started at our living room table.
When my son—known here as Blader ZAY—was four years old, we picked up our first Beyblade together. We played a bit, but honestly, it didn’t stick right away.
Two years later, everything changed.
On Christmas Eve 2025, his cousin Blader J came over and reintroduced him to Beyblade—this time, Beyblade X. What began as simple play quickly turned into curiosity: spin, balance, friction, and why certain designs consistently win.
He still loves letting it rip, but what really hooks him now is the science and engineering behind the tops, and the stories that bring them to life. He experiments, mixes parts, and thinks like a little designer. More than anything, I hope he remembers the time spent building and learning with family.
That curiosity carried into school, too. His first-grade science project was all about spinning tops—forming hypotheses, running experiments, and learning why some spins last longer than others.
And it’s not just the two of us.
His mom jumped in early—and it turns out she’s really good. She battles smart, tweaks her builds, and wins more matches than she probably should. Beyblade became something we all share, laugh about, and compete in together.
For me, it struck a personal chord. I grew up with spinning toys like Spinjas, and rediscovered that same joy through Beyblade. I’ve always been a hobbyist—collecting, tinkering, learning—and getting to share that curiosity with my family has been deeply meaningful.
We love being outdoors—playing baseball, staying active, and competing. But when we can’t be outside, Beyblade became our indoor lab: a creative outlet and a shared language across generations.
Beycrafters exists to bring that same experience to other families.
